"By Land" Ice Cream Catering by Truck

Service Description

This is a request form does not guarantee that we will be able to book your event. The requests are manually reviewed and approved based on availability. We have a minimum of 30 Servings ($350 minimum) for our land based catering ice cream truck & we stay for up to 1.5 hours. Quantity over 30 servings is $7/cup. As much as we would love to do smaller events the cost of everything makes it impossible to do at the current time. Any events outside our service area will require additional transportation, servicing, and permitting fees. Are you looking for a unique, fun experience which will make your event extra special and memorable? We’d love to cater your event! Sea Scoops is based in West Falmouth Harbor. Any event located within immediate proximity of our home base will not incur an additional servicing fee. Those events which require us to pull our boat from the water, trailer it to your location, and re-launch the boat will incur a corresponding “service fee” which helps offset the cost for fuel to drive to your location, labor costs, etc. The Sea Scoops team conveniently comes to you! So sit back, relax, and enjoy your event. Life is always better with ice cream!

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking 14 days prior to your event but you will forfeit your deposit. We will already begin your order with our local creamery at this point and the wheels will be set in motion to have your perfect flavors ready for you event.
